Lydie est devenue une experte en données de la recherche en quelques mois, elle a su s’intégrer au Rectorat et auprès des différents services pour obtenir les informations utiles et nécessaires à sa mission, et elle a su établir son rôle au sein du Dicastère et auprès du CRIC et des Responsables Ra&D et des bibliothèques comme la personne de référence sur le sujet. J’ai vraiment adoré travailler avec toi sur ce dossier absolument passionnant de la gestion des données de la recherche!

Lydie is principally responsible for the ISDR Library and is a young professional with a strong aptitude for her work, and a strong work ethic. Her English publishing skills are fully developed and she has taken on several duties previously performed by only native English speakers. Her research skills and the development of the first DRR sitreps has been especially appreciated. She is a valued member of the IMU content team and often acts as editor in charge, as well as taking responsibility in the training and management of General Service staff and interns. Her work in the supervision and training of staff in Bhutan was especially appreciated.

Lydie was principle designer and editor of the ISDR Virtual Library DVD which was launched at the IDRC conference in August 2008. The VL contains over 1000 documents and 60 videos of which almost 10,000 copies have been distributed. In addition to consolidating the information management processes for documents and publications, she also completed a major project on the collection of over 600 UN reports and resolutions in six official languages.
